Yes. The Fairmont Banff Springs is one of Canada's most iconic wedding venues and I am fully familiar with its event spaces, including the Van Horne Ballroom and outdoor ceremony areas. I handle load-in logistics professionally so you never have to worry.
Do you charge a travel fee for Banff weddings?
Yes. A standard travel fee applies for events in Banff to cover time and transportation from Calgary. This is always clearly outlined upfront in your custom quote — no surprises.
What if my venue doesn't have a piano?
Many luxury Banff venues have grand pianos on-site. If yours does not, I provide a professional high-end stage piano and a discreet sound system scaled to your space — indoors or under a tent.
How do you handle winter mountain travel?
Banff winters are beautiful and unpredictable. I always build significant buffer time into my departure from Calgary during winter months to ensure I am fully set up and sound-checked well before your first guest arrives — regardless of highway conditions on the Trans-Canada.
Do you provide your own sound system?
Yes. I provide a professional-grade PA system, keyboard, and microphone if the venue does not have an in-house piano or sound setup.
What is your outdoor weather policy?
Musical instruments are sensitive to direct sunlight and precipitation. A covered area or alternative indoor location must be available in case of inclement weather.
Can I request specific songs for the processional?
Absolutely. I am happy to learn special requests for your ceremony given sufficient notice to ensure a flawless performance.
